According to a report on the 16th, Ju Ji-hoon had initially been considering appearing in a drama remake of "Inside Men", but ultimately declined the offer and decided to star in the drama "Buy King".

"Buy King" centers on a hidden family war within a Korean chaebol family, portraying the complex relationships among the country's wealthiest elites, their succession battles, and the fierce struggle among family members to claim the throne of a multi-billion-dollar empire. Ju Ji-hoon will play Han Tae-joon, a ruthless man who shows no mercy in his pursuit of success and power.

Meanwhile, "Inside Men - Drama" is expected to undergo major changes. With filming becoming difficult to proceed immediately, the project will be significantly restructured and temporarily paused before restarting.

In contrast, "Buy King" is gaining momentum following Ju Ji-hoon's casting. The series will be directed by Jo Sung-hee ("A Werewolf Boy", "Space Sweepers") and written by Shinho Lee. The drama is planned as a 10-episode series, with more than eight episodes of the script already completed.
