Actress Jun Ji-hyun has dropped out of "The Koreans".

"It has been decided that "The Koreans" is one of several works that were under consideration and will not be continued in the end", Jun Ji-hyun said on Sunday. This means that she will not appear on the drama.
"The Koreans" is a spy drama that remakes the popular FX series "The Americans" into the Korean version. Director Ahn Gil-ho will direct, and Lee Byung-hun will star.
Jun Ji-hyun was offered a role with Lee Byung-hun as a couple, but decided not to appear after consideration. Jun Ji-hyun and Lee Byung-hun appeared together in the drama "Happy Together" in 1999, and 26 years later, fans were interested in whether they would reunite as a couple, but they fell through.
