KBS, MBC Dramas Win in Seoul Drama Awards

Two TV drama series produced by MBC, "My Lovely Samsoon" ("My Lovely Sam Soon") and "Princess Hours" have received top prizes in the category of mini series drama.
In the first Seoul Drama Awards on Wednesday, "Emperor of The Sea" by KBS won two awards in the series and feature drama and cinematography category.
HD TV's feature drama "Saya Saya" by KBS received a special prize.
Michael Therriault who performs in the Canadian drama "Prairie Giant: The Tommy Douglas Story" won best actor, while Yuan Lu from the Chinese drama "Watch for the Happiness" claimed best actress.
Some one-hundred dramas from about 30 countries competed in the 2006 Seoul Drama Awards which was organized by the Korean Broadcasters Association for cultural exchanges and promotion of Korean dramas.
