Kim Go-eun said she was happy when she put on 8 kilograms.

She was at the Megabox in COEX on the 20th for the premiere of "Sunset in My Hometown". She claimed she put on weight to appear more friendly for the movie.
Kim Go-eun said, "I was so happy as I put on weight. Usually, I can't eat at night because my face would swell in the morning and that would affect work, but this time the more swollen the better so I ate cup noodles and everything".
"I had a happy 3 months eating, but now I have to lose it all back in 2 months".
Meanwhile, Kim Go-eun takes on the role of Seon-mi who calls in her nameless rapper friend Hak-soo (Park Jeong-min) back to their hometown in Byunsan and twists up his life. At the same, she brings new energy to his life. "Sunset in My Hometown" comes out on the 4th of July.
