Seven years have passed since the late actress Kim Ja-ok left us.

The deceased died of complications from lung cancer on November 16th, 2014. She was 63 years old.
According to the agency, the late Kim Ja-ok continued chemotherapy after undergoing colon cancer surgery in 2008. However, her condition deteriorated rapidly and she eventually died while fighting the disease.
The deceased made her debut as an actress for MBC's second open recruitment in 1970. Since then, she has performed enthusiastically in dramas "Sim Cheong Tale", "Tough Girl", "The Face of A Mother", "Be Strong, Geum-Soon!", "My Lovely Sam Soon", "Invisible Man", "High Kick Through The Roof", "Ojak Brothers" and films "Young-ah's Confession", "Man On the Roof", "Wounds" and more.
In particular, before her death, the deceased appeared in the SBS dramas "The Woman who Married Three Times" and tvN entertainment program "Girls Over Flowers" and received a lot of love.
In addition to broadcasting activities, the late Kim Ja-ok remarried singer Oh Seung-geun and had a loving family life. The deceased, who fell asleep deeply in the love of the public, won the Achievement Award at the three groundwave broadcasters' acting awards that year.
