Kim Jae-young's Secret to Looking Young

Kim Jae-young's visual pictorial in SBS's new Friday-Saturday drama "The Judge from Hell" has been unveiled. He has completed a dreamy yet boyish pictorial.

After the shooting of the Singles pictorial, Kim Jae-young interviewed, "The shorts and socks that came to the middle of my calf created a boyish atmosphere, and it felt good. When I was a model, I filmed a lot of men's clothes, so when I wore clothes that looked young, I felt like I was back to being a boy".

When asked if he still retains the boy's sensitivity, Kim Jae-young said, "I'm always thinking about living young. The older I get, the harder it is to do. That's why I try to act younger on purpose".

Kim Jae-young, who plays the role of a passionate detective in "The Judge from Hell", said, "Han Da-on is a sensitive role. I had to empathize with the victim a lot, but it was harder than I thought. Empathy and acting in everyday life are different. In acting, I need the ability to express a certain emotion and make the viewers sympathize with me beyond what I sympathize with".

Kim Jae-young then said, "Before I was strict with myself and others, so I tried to cut off or deal with it quickly if a situation went wrong, but after just thinking 'it could happen', I'm trying to understand (other people) more and warmly treat myself and the people around me".

Referring to his experience with Park Shin-hye in the drama, he said, "It could be hard or annoying to shoot for a long period, but she controlled her emotions very well and didn't express any difficulties. Seeing her like that gives me more energy as an actor. She helped me lead this drama".

Kim Jae-young, who constantly tries to learn and change, said, "There are many things I have done, but at the same time there are many things I haven't done. I feel a lot through acting. Recently, I wanted to challenge myself to a human melodrama. I have played many dark roles, so now I want to play a more warm and playful character", expressing his desire to show various images.
