Kim Seung-woo's Father Accused of Fraud

Actor Kim Seung-woo's father was accused of fraud worth tens of millions of won.

According to the Sports Chosun report, the accuser 'A', filed a criminal complaint against Kim Seung-woo's father, Kim, through the Seoul Central District Prosecutors' Office on the 24th for fraud. It is a criminal complaint following a civil complaint on December 23rd, 2019.

According to the complaint, Kim proposed to 'A' around November 2016 to divide the investment by 5:5, saying that there was a good land in Tanbeol-dong, Gwangju-si, Gyeonggi-do, and that it would take six to seven months to sell the development and that it would cost 1.2 billion won after tax. However, 'A' said, "Unlike what Mr. Kim said, the contract was drawn up differently and the investment was forced. "Kim Seung-woo's father was introduced as an asset man of 200 billion won, but he has not paid about 27 million won in expenses incurred at the time for years".

He said that he sent a proof of contents about the return of the settlement to the defendant on December 3rd, 2019, but ended up submitting a complaint because he did not receive an answer or contact.
