Synopsis
"Boyfriend on Demand" is a wish-fulfilling romantic comedy in which exhausted webtoon producer Mi-rae subscribes to a virtual dating simulation service to experience the dates of her dreams. JISOO of BLACKPINK takes on the role of Seo Mi-rae, who has grown accustomed to a loveless life amidst her extremely busy reality. Everything changes when she unexpectedly acquires a 'Boyfriend on Demand' device and enters a virtual world, as she embarks on a series of dates with impossibly perfect men. Adding a spark of friction is Seo In-guk, who plays Park Kyeong-nam, Mi-rae's colleague and rival webtoon producer. He is the last person Mi-rae wants to cross paths with, yet he is known within the company as a "work genius". Director Kim Jung-sik-I ("Work Later, Drink Now", "No Gain No Love") teams up with a cast of rom-com specialists, promising nothing short of a dating revolution.
