A Korean film festival will be held in Taiwan for three days from August 23, said Kim Ji-seok, a programmer of the Pusan International Film Festival Organizing Committee.
Kim yesterday said that the festival will take place at the Warner Village Cinema complex in Taipei. The list of films to be screened has not been confirmed.
During the festivities, an international forum will be held to discuss such issues as cultural policies of South Korea and Taiwan, measures to raise a joint-fund for culture and projects to nurture stars.
Kim Dong-ho, director of the Pusan International Film Festival, will join the fair with several other Korean actors and actresses.
