Synopsis
Oh Taek works as a taxi driver. One day, he has a dream where a lot of pigs appear. This type of dream is thought to bring about good luck. On that same day, he earns his usual amount of money. During an exceptionally routine day in the life of an average taxi driver, luck takes an unexpected turn as a seemingly friendly passenger, Hyeok-soo, offers a substantial sum to drive him to the port city of Mokpo. He offers a million won ($1,000) to drive him, and Oh Taek accepts the offer. However, despite his amiable appearance, Oh Taek soon comes to the unsettling realization that this passenger is, in fact, a serial killer who just murdered a man and is planning to stowaway on a boat. Meanwhile, Soon-gyoo, the mother of the man who was murdered by Hyeok-soo, chases after her son's killer.

An extremely optimistic taxi driver in his 50s, Oh Taek is in heavy debt due to his friend's betrayal. Desperate to reunite his fractured family and mend ties with his daughter, he embarks on a fateful day when a lucky dream turns into a bloody twist. To pay for his daughter's college, he agrees to drive a mysterious passenger to Mookpo, only to discover the passenger is a murderer. After Oh Taek faces hard luck unexpectedly, he struggles to live.

Hyeok-soo's life takes a dark turn in high school when he experiences a brain-damaging accident that grants him the extraordinary ability to feel no fear. Embracing his newfound dominance, he proves his superiority through a series of murders, targeting random victims. During a journey to engage in smuggling, he unexpectedly boards Oh Taek's taxi. Little did they anticipate the surprising twist their relationship would take.

Soon-gyoo is a caring single mother in her fifties. Her world shatters when her cherished son passes away. Upon discovering that the individual who pushed her son toward suicide is a man named Hyeok-soo, she embarks on a personal quest to track him down.
