Synopsis
A story of a man who was abandoned by everyone including his parents, wife and friends.

Yeong-nam is a forty-year-old rank 7 government employee. He is well known as a pointless and strict character in the Inspection Division of the district office which is corrupted. He only attends to the matter of an exposed corrupted junior causing a ruckus, with no flexibility.
However, even Yeong-nam has attachment to people. He especially takes good care of Seung-jae and Yoon-gi, his juniors. His love for them doesn't end although his wife doesn't see eye to eye about it.
Coincidentally, Yeong-nam discovers a plot regarding business biddings and goes against his superior's will to expose the truth. However, his junior Seung-jae is involved corruptedly with human affairs. He is shocked to find out that he is involved in bribery. Seung-jae explains he didn't have a choice to survive in the abode of demons that is the district office. Since Seung-jae doesn't change his mind despite Yeong-nam's pleas, he runs off with the money bag Seung-jae had...
