Synopsis
The gang is like a pandemonium.
It's not the hard working one that gets to go up,
it's the one who the boss like that gets to go up.

Yeong-nam is a forty year old county office worker who only just got a 7 ranking promotion. Yeong-nam is known to be strict and pointless in the corrupt county office department of inspection. Even if a junior causes ruckus about the corruption he's found out, Yeong-nam just maintains his pointless attitude.

However, Yeong-nam has attachment for the people around him. He is especially fond of juniors Seung-jae and Yoon-gi. He loves them even if his wife complains about it.

Coincidentally, Yeong-nam finds out about an irregularity regarding a company bidding and exposes this fact against his superior's will. However, he hears something unexpected. His brother-like Seung-jae is involved in this human resource corruption.

Yeong-nam finds Seung-jae and asks questions. He is shocked after finding out that Seung-jae had something to do with bribery. He says he didn't have a choice but to survive in this pandemonium. When Seung-jae doesn't change his mind after Yeong-nam desperately tries to convince him out of it, he steals the money bag and runs...
