Synopsis
The Japanese government denied the past for 101 years of massacre against Koreans. On September 1, 1923, immediately after the Great Kanto Earthquake, the Japanese government spread rumors that Koreans were planning to riot, imposed martial law, and began brutally massacring innocent Koreans. A massacre that was a genocide and a crime against humanity unprecedented in human history happened, and yet, Japan did not acknowledge this fact for 101 years. We follow the voices of former Japanese Prime Minister Yukio Hatoyama, Representative Sugio, Japanese politicians, civic group officials, and the families of massacre victims who have struggled to reveal the truth. And decisive evidence taken by a Western Fleet soldier is discovered...
101 distorted years, there is no future for the people who have forgotten the unforgettable past of the Kanto Massacre!
