Synopsis
Song Bong-soon ran away from home at the age of 15 after being sexually assaulted by her older brother, who had been discharged from the military. While wandering the streets, she met a street woman. Enticed by the woman's claim that this was the only place she could escape her brother, she was told to steal other people's belongings and go to prison. However, being young, Song Bong-soon lied about her age and moved from prison to prison until she met a skilled craftsman of destiny in a cell. She was taught pickpocketing skills that would allow her to make a living for the rest of her life, and after her release, she became the country's top pickpocket. She formed a three-person pickpocketing gang with "Li Ching" from Hong Kong and Michiko from Tokyo, eventually becoming a prisoner with 28 previous convictions.
