Synopsis
Soo-in, a female college student, is renting a room in a boarding house. Her male landlord, Yoo-joon, watches her with a lecherous gaze. Soo-in becomes anxious after receiving a call from her mother, who says they won't be able to send her boarding fees for a while. The landlord then suggests she could pay with her body instead, and Soo-in reluctantly agrees. Later, he makes her a tempting offer — if she agrees to a threesome with his another boarder, Mi-hyeon, he'll waive several months of her rent.
