Synopsis
The land where the 'God' still lives on, Jindo, and Jindo’s forgotten shamanistic tradition, 'Danggol'.

Myeong-gil, a graduate student in Korean literature whose maternal family is from Jindo, is naturally interested in shamanism. She is researching 'Danggol', a hereditary shaman who has been practicing shamanism for generations.

She heads to Jindo right away after receiving news that she has found 'Danggolpan', which will be an important historical document, but she is always met with disappointment. She delves deeper and deeper into the closed world of Jindo's shamanistic world, chasing the traces of 'Danggol'.

However, the closer she gets to the truth of 'Danggolpan', the more ominous the atmosphere becomes, and led by the hands of shamans 'Pilsunbosal' and 'Cheonhee', 'Myeong-gil' falls into a nightmarish chaos…
