Synopsis
A surgeon named Doo-yeol, who is married to Min-kyeong, the only daughter of a hospital director, conspires with his mistress Na-yeon and his medical school colleague Yeong-seop, both of whom work at the same hospital, to inherit his wife's estate. The three of them go on a 2-day, 1-night fishing trip to a deserted island, where they set up a trap for her. Unbeknownst to them, the unsuspecting fishing boat captain, Yong-ho, joins their plan.
