Synopsis
A local festival in Mangjin suddenly changed from the Jeongjong Cultural Festival to the Yeonsan-gun Cultural Festival a week before the event. 'Hye-soo', the representative of a startup, struggles to keep the festival going smoothly. However, 'Sang-min', co-representative of Moeum-man, brings 'Rae-oh', a former employee, to the part-time job. On the day of the festival, 'Eun-chae', an intern picked locally, is overly enthusiastic. To make matters worse, right before the festivities begin, the seats are empty, the guest singers are flat, and the local theater company declares a boycott... The killer festival where nothing goes their way

Still, the festivities must go on!
