In 2008, along with the news of groundbreaking event of the 4 Great Rivers, I set up a tent and started video taping the changes being made to the Nae-seong RIver due to the construction of the Yeong-joo Dam. Unrelating to the promises; flood prevention, securement of water resources and improvement of water quality, the river lost its original appearance in just 4 years and the golden sand, beavers, Nakdonggensis, various creatures in danger of dying out, villages worth 400 years of tradition and everything else with a history...
