Synopsis
The younger brother, Jang-soo, who came to live with his older brother Byeong-soo, accidentally witnesses his brother abusing his sister-in-law. However, all of this turns out to be a hallucination of Jang-soo, who suffers from a mental illness. Although he is supposed to take his medication daily, he starts skipping more and more doses. Lost in his hallucinations, he ends up killing his brother, whom he believed was tormenting his sister-in-law.
