Synopsis
Inan, who passed the civil service exam in the past but has yet to receive an official appointment, spends his days idly drinking. At the request of his senior alumnus, Governor Jo Saeng, he sets out to investigate a woman named Park Goo-ma, who is rumored to be committing obscene acts.
