The movie depicts the inharmonious relationships, which cause an inevitable tragedy. A Filipina Rein comes to Korea to earn money. She falls in love with Ji-young and marries him but is shocked to discover that he is a transgender. She encounters another Filipino Loittan and finds herself drawn to him.
