Synopsis
"What are we... right now?"
Kyeong-min, an English tutor, has been in a stable three-year relationship with his girlfriend, Seon-hee. Their daily lives flow smoothly without major issues, until Seon-hee's growing pressure for marriage begins to weigh on Kyeong-min. Even a simple request to attend a wedding together feels burdensome, and one day, a deep crack forms in their relationship for the first time.
Around this time, Kyeong-min meets Yeong-won through a tutoring student's introduction. Yeong-won, a piano instructor, asks for English lessons, saying she wants to watch movies without subtitles. In return, she offers Kyeong-min piano lessons, like a barter exchange.
A simple relationship of meeting at set times, exchanging talents. But as small curiosities and quiet conversations accumulate, Kyeong-min's daily life begins to shake. His once-familiar relationship turns precarious, and the newly budding connection unsettles his emotions with an ambiguous warmth.
As the hearts of these three individuals, each starting from different directions, intersect, their unnamed emotions slowly begin to reveal themselves.
