Synopsis
"Love Untangled" follows 19-year-old Park Se-ri as she plans to straighten her perpetually frizzy hair before making a life-changing confession, all while getting entangled with transfer student Han Yun-seok. Set in 1998 Busan, this youth romance explores themes of first love and friendship. Gong Myung ("Extreme Job", "Be Melodramatic") plays Han Yoon-seok, a transfer student from Seoul. Shin Eun-soo ("Twinking Watermelon") takes on the role of Park Se-ri, who is determined to confess her feelings to the most popular student at school and believes the key to success is straightening her hair. Cha Woo-min ("Night Has Come") plays Kim Hyeon, the most popular boy at school and Se-ri's first love. In addition, Yoon Sang-hyeon ("Doctor Slump", "Under the Queen's Umbrella") plays Baek Seong-rae, Se-ri's classmate and a close friend who helps her with her crush confession operation. Kang Mi-na ("Welcome to Samdal-ri") plays Go In-jeong, Se-ri's rival-slash-friend who shares secrets about straightened hair. Stellar performances and the fresh synergy of these talented young actors will touch audiences with the story of youth's beautiful moments.
