Synopsis
The third police department in charge of violent crimes is notorious for its poor accomplishments. In that department, there are cops like the rookie Hong-joo (Kim Min-joon) who is terrific at his job but tries to find a way out of it, the veteran detective Moon (Heo Joon-ho) who is depressed by his serious forgetfulness, a cop named Jae-cheol who has too much ambition for his little talent, and the squad leader Yook (Jang Hang-sepn). The third department is in a tight spot. Criminals are getting smarter every day and their skills are becoming cutting-edge, but the third department lacks the necessary weapons and financial support to catch these criminals. Then one day, Hong-joo accidentally gets wind of a crime at his girlfriend's class reunion. When Hong-joo and his colleagues are investigating this case, they find out that a big international drug organization is involved. So Hong-joo and his colleagues decide to risk their lives and solve this case without asking for any outside help.
