Synopsis
Seok-bong, who lives in a boarding house while studying for the civil service exam, has feelings for Mi-jin, the woman who runs the house. However, he doesn't like his co-tenant, Ji-seong, a freshman who excels in his studies and is also good at picking up girls. On the other hand, the other tenant, Hae-il, has been studying for four years, claiming he wants to attend a university in Seoul. The landlady, Mi-jin, enlists the help of Seon-jeong, a young and attractive woman, to collect rent from these male tenants who haven't been paying.
