In 1943, fourteen-year-old Jeong-min and fifteen-year-old Yeong-hee were dragged away without knowing why to become Japanese military "comfort women" in a foreign land that was hellish. Even amidst horrific pain and the fear of death, countless girls from Asia shared songs of their homeland, called each other's names, and never let go of each other's hands until the very end. However, on the day a life-or-death escape began amidst a hail of bullets, Jeong-min threw herself into the flying bullets to save Yeong-hee, ultimately being left behind in a cold foreign land.

And now, in 2026, Yeong-hee, the sole survivor, has become a white-haired old woman named Yeong-ok, living with the guilt of having left her friends behind for the rest of her life. Before Yeong-ok, a sixteen-year-old shaman named Eun-kyeong appears. Through the 'Gwaebul Norigae' talisman that Yeong-ok has cherished, Eun-kyeong confronts the pain of the girls who died unjustly and performs a tearful
