Synopsis

Han-yong appears to possess all the desirable qualities, having graduated from a prestigious university, possessing striking good looks, and recently becoming the youngest manager at a major corporation. However, he struggles with a hidden concern. During a drinking session with his long-time friend Moo-hyeok, he notices and asks why Han-yong is unable to have a drink comfortably, so he reveals his frustration that despite being in a six-year relationship with his girlfriend Ji-hye and wanting to marry her, he's troubled by her reluctance to introduce him to her parents. Later that night, as Ji-hye congratulates her boyfriend on his promotion, Han-yong finally expresses his desire to settle down and asks for a formal meeting with her family. Ji-hye cautiously agrees, but with one condition: she warns Han-yong not to be surprised when meeting her parents. On the day of the meeting, Han-yong is taken aback upon meeting his girlfriend's mother, Yeon-ji, who looks young and sexy, seemingly of his own age. She exudes a mature charm distinctly different from her daughter, which makes Han-yong find himself increasingly drawn to his prospective mother-in-law as time goes on. After the engagement, Yeon-ji starts visiting her son-in-law to his house more frequently under the pretense of bringing him side dishes. Then one day, when Ji-hye is away on a business trip, a drunken Yeon-ji makes an unexpected visit. Faced with his mother-in-law's provocative advances, he is left with a choice to make.
