Synopsis
As a chief surgeon, he continuously makes love with a nurse. When he gets engaged to a daughter of the hospital director, he considers the nurse troublesome. After killing her, he buries her body in the lake. Since then he is struck by a mental illness, so he, haunted with the nurse, accidentally kills his fiancée. Sooner or later, all his crimes come to light and he is arrested.
