While "True Beauty" has only a few more episodes to go, Lee Han-wi made a special appearance as a plastic surgeon.

On the latest episode of the tvN drama "True Beauty", Hong Hyeon-sook (Jang Hye-jin) found out that Im Joo-kyeong (Mun Ka-young) was bullied in school for her looks.

Hong Hyeon-sook cried with her daughter in her arms are took Im Joo-kyeong to the beauty clinic.

The plastic surgeon (Lee Han-wi) looked at Im Joo-kyeong and said that a lot of work needs to be done to her face. Hong Hyeon-sook was outraged at the way he criticized her looks and said, "My daughter has beautiful eyes. She just needs make-up".
