"The Piper" is a story about a father and son who reside in a mysterious village right after the Korean War. It's a dramatized version of the Brothers Grimm's "Pied Piper of Hamelin".
Ryu Seung-ryong is a mysterious man who drives mice away with his flute and Lee Sung-min is the chief of the village who doesn't see eye to eye with Ryu Seung-ryong.
