According to his company, Lee Won-keun is starring in "The Net", the story of a North Korean fisherman who drifts to the South.
Kim Ki-duk is known for his sensual footage and thoughtful lines and rookie actor Lee Won-keun's collaboration with the director is highly anticipated.
Lee Won-keun plays a secret agent from the South who helps the North Korean fisherman played by Ryoo Seung-bum overcome his distress and communicates with him mentally.
Lee Won-keun said, "I am honored to be starring in director Kim Ki-duk's film with the legendary Ryoo Seung-bum".
Lee Won-keun is currently starring in the movie "Rosebud" starring Yoo Ho-jeong, Park Sung-woong, Oh Jung-se, Ha Yeon-soo, Choi Wooshik and more. He is also starring in the movie "Misbehavior" with Kim Ha-neul and Yoo In-young.
