Actress Song Ji-hyo clarified the numerous rumors floating around regarding her relationship with with singer and an actor Kim Jong-kook.

On March 18th, Song Ji-hyo appeared on the variety show "Mom's Diary - My Ugly Duckling" as a guest where she was highly favored by the mothers of the four celebrities featured in the show. In the show, Kim Gun-mo's mom told Song Ji-hyo that she and Kim Jong-kook suit each other very well.
Song Ji-hyo and Kim Jong-kook have been working together in the popular variety show, "Running Man" for about 8 years and there were many rumors about an alleged relationship. Recently, they even experienced rumors that there was a wedding between them to which they both responded that the rumors are absurd.
Song Ji-hyo clarified once again. "I read that news. Since we are really close, we laughed it off". Kim Jong-kook's mom, who was also present at the studio, expressed her disappointment as she said, "I think she doesn't like Jong-kook at all. There are scandals and rumors but never a real thing".
All the four mothers highly praised the actress throughout the show for her beauty and honest personality. As all of their sons are single, they showed their utter interest in Song Ji-hyo as a daughter-in-law candidate.
