On June 17th, an official from Lim Ji-yeon's agency's artist company told NewsN, "Park Yeon-jin has been offered an appearance in "Brave New World" and is considering it".
SBS's new drama "Brave New World", which begins filming in the second half of the year and is set to premiere in the first half of next year, is an anti-communist chemistry romance comedy depicting war-like love between the phenomenal Joseon evil girl Sin Seo-ri and Korea's evil tycoon Cha Se-ge. Director Han Tae-seob, co-director of the drama "Stove League" and director of "Cheer Up", will take the megaphone.
Lim Ji-yeon's proposed role is Sin Seo-ri, an unknown actor who becomes vicious due to the spirit of a rare Joseon evil girl. Expectations are high on whether Lim Ji-yeon, who previously issued a 'high blood pressure warning' as Park Yeon-jin, a perpetrator of school violence in the Netflix series "The Glory", will be able to return as a new evil girl's face.
Meanwhile, Lim Ji-yeon, who showed unlimited performance with various emotional performances in the drama "The Tale of Lady Ok" which ended earlier this year, visits viewers with tvN's new drama "Mean Love" which will air in the second half of this year. A national actor who has lost his initial commitment and an elite reporter who has lost her seat depict a changing period of growth by overcoming their prejudices, and Lim Ji-yeon in the play works with Lee Jung-jae in a romance.
