According to the AGB Nielsen Media Research, "The Greatest Love" rated 8.4% which is more than the previous drama's start off at 7%.

This day's episode drew the meeting of top star Dok Go-jin (Cha Seung-won) and Goo Ae-jeong (Kong Hyo-jin). The two's comic act added to the fun of the drama and viewers praised their work.

Meanwhile, KBS 2TV "The Thorn Birds" rated 13.2%, SBS TV "49 Days" rated 13.2%.
