She takes on the role of Jeong Soo-in in the new KBS 2TV drama "Gunman in Joseon" which starts airing on the 25th of June.
Jeong Soo-in is a bold and random girl who accepts the Enlightenment Thought and longs for the New World.
Nam Sang-mi said, "I will be acting out a character who is completely different from the kind that people expect Nam Sang-mi to be".
Apparently the staff and crew are very happy with what she has been doing with the character already and call her and Jeong Soo-in, 'décalcomanie'.
"Gunman in Joseon" is an action romance drama about a hero.
