Synopsis
Chil-seong, who became homeless after losing his right hand at a factory when he was young, happens to get a cake on his father's birthday, but a greedy, evil prosecutor drives Chil-seong to become a bread thief and even a violent criminal in order to avoid being talked about. Fearful, Chil-seong runs away over the mountain to Horanggol where his father is, and TV and radio broadcast every day that Horanggol, with its clear water and fresh air, is stained with crime. When Horanggol, which was selected as the site of the World Rural Flower Festival but has seen a significant increase in land prices, is in danger of having the event canceled, the townspeople's resentment turns towards Chil-seong and his father (Tae-won).
