The theater, located at Art Sonje Center near Anguk Station, will show the subtitled version of the film for its last screening on Fridays and first screening on Saturdays.

Starring director Park Jung-bum in its lead role, the film sheds light on the difficulty North Korean defectors face as they resettle in the South.

Seong-cheol has trouble finding employment due to his refugee status, which is denoted in his identification number. Nevertheless he finds comfort in meeting Suk-young in church every Sunday. However, the young woman ignores him when he starts working at her karaoke bar.

The film picked up several awards at international festivals, including the grand prize at Marrakesh and Rotterdam, and the jury award at Deauville. It has also been invited to show at the ongoing Tribeca Film Festival.
