[Orion's Daily Ramblings] Oh Dae-hwan cast as a doctor in "Return"

Nothing like a good chaebol murder mystery to get one's blood flowing and SBS legal thriller "Return" sounds like the kind of drama where figurative and literal backstabbings will be quite common. The series is about a lawyer and host of a legal television show taking on a murder case which involves children of upper class families as suspects.

Oh Dae-hwan has been confirmed for the role of Kim Jeong-soo, a surgeon with a warm personality. The man leads a luxurious life, but he carries the guilt of his good fortune and position being made possible through his family's sacrifices.
SBS plus legal mystery plus a mostly solid cast make this a drama which could potentially gather quite the audience. I tend to majorly side-eye shows where the upper class is central to the story due how often those go for the stereotypical evil rich and drama based on elite, and usually unrelatable woes. That being said, this could easily become a solid thriller, so let's see where it takes us.
The series will be premiering in January, following the currently running "Nothing to Lose".
