Han Yoo-hyeon, whom Park Jeong-min will portray, is a man who, before returning to the past, lived solely for his own success, only to realize that the outcome of such a life was miserable and devastating. After his regression, he becomes someone who devotes himself to fully supporting people whose potential has been overshadowed by circumstances or obstacles, helping them shine to their fullest.
"A Man's Man" tells the story of a man who begins as an ordinary office worker and climbs his way up to become the CEO of a major corporation. In the process of relentlessly chasing ambition, he loses everything he loves. The drama follows his journey as he returns to his younger days, right before an employment interview, to try living his regret-filled life over again.
The series will be directed by actor Kim Hee-won, who made a successful debut as a director with the Disney+ series "Light Shop". The original work is a web novel by writer Kim Tae-goong, which was adapted into a webtoon in 2020. With excellent adaptation and delicate artwork, it gained a strong fanbase and surpassed 470 million global cumulative views, proving its popularity. The drama will be produced by Studio N, and filming is set to begin next year.
