Nam Joo-hyuk ("Twenty Five Twenty One", "Start Up", "The School Nurse Files") stars as Goo Cheon, who can traverse the world of ghosts and defeat them with his sword. Snuck into the cursed palace to solve the strange incidents occurring within, Goo Cheon is met with a dark world beyond his imagination. He's joined by Roh Yoon-seo ("Crash Course in Romance", "20th Century Girl", "Our Blues"), who plays Saeng Gang, a court lady born with the ability to hear ghosts. Having thought of this ability as a curse her whole life, she uses it now to uncover the palace's secrets with Goo Cheon, while keeping a secret of her own. Cho Seung-woo ("Divorce Attorney Shin", "Sisyphus: The Myth", "Life", "Secret Forest") takes on the role of the King, who quietly enlists these two extraordinary people to take care of the palace's curse. Though his rule is good, there are darker sides to the complex King.
As Goo Cheon and Saeng Gang answer the King's call to unearth the palace's curse, what kind of deep secrets will surface? All eyes are already on "East Palace", coming soon, only on Netflix.
