Singer Rain Makes History in New York

Korean pop superstar Rain has become the first Asian singer to hold a concert at Madison Square Garden in New York.
The megastar entertained a crowd of some 5,500 on Friday with his unique dance flavored with Asian martial arts and his powerful voice, winning favorable reviews from American critics.
The 23-year-old actor-singer will hold his second concert Saturday at Manhattan Studio. Both of his shows quickly sold out after ticket sales began.
MTV is preparing a special program on his concerts for broadcast in some 160 countries.
