Actress Song Hye-kyo is the best actress this year.

At the 2013 Daejeon Drama Festival, Song Hye-kyo from the SBS drama "That Winter, the Wind Blows" won Best Actress.

This awards show chose its candidates out of 75 dramas aired from the 1st of November last year to the 30 of September this year. The Best Actor Award went to Lee Joon-gi of MBC drama "Two Weeks" and Lee Bo-young of KBS 2TV "My Daughter Seo-yeong".
