On the third episode of the KBS 2TV drama "Lovers of Music", Jang Joon-hyeon (Ji Hyun-woo) fell into shock after he overheard his former manager Seol Tae-song (Son Hyo-joon) and top star Sin Hyo-yeol (Lee Yi-kyung) talking about the betrayal and plots created by his former agency director Kim Woo-gap (Jo Duk-hyun).

Joon-hyeon had hit cold ground with a sex scandal and had nowhere to go as he was rid of his car and home. Jo Hee-moon (Yoon Joo-sang) suggested to him that he should raise Choi Chun-hee (Jung Eun-ji) as a singer and that it was his final hope. Jo Hee-moon suggested Jang Joon-hyeon reinstate as a producer and introduced him to Choi Chun-hee.

However, lowlife Jang Joon-hyeon made Choi Chun-hee sing at nightclubs and used up all the money she earned. Then he heard Seol Tae-song talking.

The conversation he overheard made him decide Choi Chun-hee was his only hope and saved her from a karaoke room she was working in. He cried in front of her and said, "You are the only way I can stay in this industry".
