On the eleventh episode of the KSB 2TV drama "The Equator Man" on the 25th, Kim Seon-woo (Uhm Tae-woong) provoked Lee Jang-il (Lee Jun-hyuk) by asking, "Why did you do that to me?"
Lee Jang-il was shocked when Kim Seon-woo regained his eyesight and came back as a successful businessman named David Kim. Lee Jang-il asked Kim Seon-woo to tell him about the past thirteen years of his life. They made an appointment to meet up.
With drinks in the hands, Kim Seon-woo asked, "Why did you do that to me?" Not knowing exactly where Kim Seon-woo remembered until, Lee Jang-il tensed up.
Kim Seon-woo said, "You know my father passed away when I wasn't very young. If I had something wrong, you, my closest friend should've understood me more". Lee Jang-il answered, "I thought you would be confused. I'm sorry".
Kim Seon-woo asked for a favor, "Now you keep your promise. You told me when you become a prosecutor you would help me reinvestigate my father's case. He didn't commit suicide. I remember finding him".
Lee Jang-il was rigid from this favor once again but he changed the subject by saying, "That would be hard for me right now". He then became sick from all the tension.
Kim Seon-woo prepared Jin Noh-sik's (Kim Young-chul-I) petition. A friend said, "The statute of limitations for attempted murder is 15 years. Take care of Lee Jang-il while you're at it or are you being nice because he is your friend?" and Kim Seon-woo replied, "Who's a friend?"
