Cha Dong-tak is a macho detective who is in search of the man who killed his partner (Kim Min-jong).
Dong-tak took care of a gangster (Lee Si-eon) with his Judo and Hapkido skills barehanded. He also exposed his muscular body in the drama in a requisite shirtless scene.
