Uhm Ji-won will appear on tvN's "Little Women" and TVING's "Cold Blooded Intern" scheduled to air this year. As the roles played in the two works are clearly different, it is worth looking forward to a different transformation.
"Little Women" tells the story of three poor but friendly sisters against the richest and most influential family in Korea. It is a work that drew attention by the joining of director Kim Hee-won-II of tvN's "Vincenzo" and writer Jeong Seo-kyeong, who wrote the films "The Handmaiden" and "Sympathy for Lady Vengeance". Uhm Ji-won plays the role of Won Sang-ah, the daughter of a general in the drama, the wife of a politician, and the director of a museum.
"Cold Blooded Intern" is a drama about a woman in her 40s who returns as an intern seven years after being cut off from work, enduring, and surviving in a jungle-like society again. Uhm Ji-won plays Choi Ji-won, an outstanding performer in the drama. She is the head of the market house's sophisticated and urban product planning office, which is about to break the glass ceiling. She is a cool-headed person with charisma and leadership, and she does everything she can to survive in the workplace. She meets Ra Mi-ran, a former company employee who applies for a new job, at the interview and makes her work as an intern for her team, and gives her a sweet and cruel offer.
