Webtoon "Wild Eyes" To Be Made Into A Short-Form Drama

On the 28th, KidariStudio announced that it is producing the webtoon "Wild Eyes" as a Lezhin Snack original. Filming was completed on the 16th, and the project has now entered post-production. Lezhin Snack is a global platform for short-form dramas.

The original story depicts a palace romance between Crown Prince Lee Hyeon, who is confined to the western palace after losing a power struggle, and assassin Eun-woo, who infiltrates the palace disguised as a court lady to kill him. Since 2022, it has ranked No. 1 in the romance category on Lezhin US for three consecutive years, and it also topped the romance rankings on Lezhin Comics in Korea for two consecutive years.
Sung Joon plays Lee Hyeon, while CHUU takes on the role of Eun-woo. The royal guard Nam Hyul and Minister Yeongsang are portrayed by rapper Swings and Kim Eung-soo, respectively.
The series is directed by Cho Barun and will be exclusively released on Lezhin Snack after completing post-production.
