Writers Kim Yeong-hyeon and Park Sang-yeon of "Deep-rooted Tree" revealed the truth about season 2.

In the interview that followed after the final episode of the SBS drama "Deep-rooted Tree", Kim and Park said, "We aren't thinking about season 2, but we hope".

Talk about season 2 of the drama was carefully mentioned as the drama got more and more popular. Although the iHQ Productions, producer, SBS related officials and main actors responded that they've never heard about such a thing before, viewers had their hopes for season 2.

As Kim and Park personally reveal the truth, the rumors about the next "Deep-rooted Tree" will remain a rumor.
