Yecheon Hosts Festival Featuring Films Shot on Smartphones

A film festival featuring films shot on smartphones is being held in Yecheon, North Gyeongsang Province on Friday and Saturday.

The inaugural festival provides screenings of 75 Korean and foreign films.

"Night Fishing", co-directed by Park Chan-wook and his brother Park Chan-kyong, which won the Golden Bear for best short film at the Berlin International Film Festival in 2011, is set to be screened at the festival.

Five award-winning films at this year's Dublin Smartphone Film Festival were also invited for screening.
